Welcome to Misted by Mar, LLC. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services
Misted by Mar, LLC provides mobile spray tanning services at client-selected locations including homes, hotels, Airbnbs, and other approved locations.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for safety, health, inappropriate behavior, or unsanitary conditions.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, male clients may not book individual mobile spray tan appointments. Group bookings that include male clients are permitted only when at least one female client is present during the appointment.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments must be booked through our website, booking platform, or approved communication channels.
Clients are responsible for providing:
* Accurate contact information
* A suitable setup space for the appointment
* Access to a power outlet
* A safe environment for the technician
Appointment times are subject to availability.
Deposits & Payments
Payment is due at the time specified during booking.
We may require a deposit to secure appointments. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24/48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:
* Loss of deposit
* Cancellation fees
* Full appointment charge in certain cases
If we arrive and are unable to complete the service due to client circumstances, the appointment may still be charged.
Mobile Service Requirements
Clients must provide:
* Adequate indoor space for setup
* Proper ventilation if possible
* Reasonable temperature conditions
* Access to an electrical outlet
We reserve the right to decline services in unsafe or unsuitable environments.
Results Disclaimer
Spray tan results vary based on:
* Skin type
* Skin preparation
* Aftercare
* Lifestyle factors
We do not guarantee identical results for every client. Following pre- and post-care instructions is the client’s responsibility.
Allergies & Skin Reactions
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns before the appointment.
While reactions are rare, we are not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or dissatisfaction related to failure to disclose relevant information.
Patch tests are available upon request.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personal nature of spray tanning services, completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 24-hours so we can reasonably address concerns.
Photography & Marketing
With client permission, we may photograph or record service results for portfolio, website, or social media marketing purposes.
Clients may decline photography at any time.
Website Use
All website content, branding, logos, text, and images are the property of Misted by Mar and may not be copied or used without permission.
Users may not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misted by Mar shall not be liable for:
* Indirect or incidental damages
* Lost profits or opportunities
* Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
* Improper client prep and/or aftercare
* Normal fading or uneven wear of spray tans
Clients use services at their own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
